Spring Semester


Our spring semester share will begin the week of January 23rd and run through the week of April 30th. The sign up period will close January 9th, 2012.

Weekly Shares

Vegetable - $270    
                                                                                                                   This 14-week share offers a showcase of the delicious, year-round, Vermont harvest, catered specifically to the student schedule. It features a diverse selection of winter root vegetables, mushrooms, apples, cider and early spring greens including mesclun, lettuce, kale and chard. This share will easily feed one or two veggie-friendly students. For more details on share contents click here.

Hybrid - $370
This share is identical to the Vegetable share but also includes:
- 1 dozen eggs, from Rockville Market Farm’s every other week
- 1 half-litre of maple syrup from Dragonfly Sugarworks
- 2 six ounce pieces of cheese from Does' Leap Farm and Mount Mansfield Creamery
- 2 quarts of yogurt from Butterworks Farm
- 1 bottle of salad dressing from Well Dressed Greens
- 1 large tub of local applesauce from Champlain Orchards

Eggs - $70
Receive one dozen fresh, pasture-raised eggs from Rockville Market Farm delivered weekly.                        

Cheese - $125
Receive one variety of local artisan cheese every week from Does' Leap Farm  
(goat) and Mount Mansfield Creamery (cow) on a rotating basis.

Bread - $60
Receive one loaf of artisan bread every week from Red Hen Baking Company. 
Varieties of loaves will vary.

Yogurt - $60
Receive one quart of organic yogurt every week from Butterworks Farm. Flavors include plain, maple and vanilla.

Soup - $140
Receive one quart of fresh, local and seasonal soup from Sugarsnap every week. Flavors include winter minestrone, corn and potato chowder, creamy heirloom tomato and roasted buttercup bisque. 


Monthly Shares

Chicken - $100
Receive pastured chicken from City Chicks, one 5 pound bird a month, delivered frozen from January to April.

Sausage & Burger - $140
Receive a 16 lb combination, 4 pounds a month, of pasture-raised ground beef and a diversity of pasture-raised sausages, delivered frozen from January to April.

CSA Delivery Schedule

Shares will be delivered on Wednesdays except during school holidays. If you are not able to make the designated pick up time, please contact the Food Hub coordinator in advance to work out an alternative pick up arrangement. 


University of Vermont

Location: The Davis Center first floor hallway outside of the Cynic office (near the mural)

Time: 12:30-1:30pm (during this hour the Davis Center eco-rep will oversee the pick-up). If you do not pick up your share by 2:45pm, it will be donated to the Campus Kitchens Project at UVM.


Saint Michael's College

Location: Klein Hall lobby in the center of the building. 

Time: 12:30-1:30pm (during this hour the Sustainability Coordinator will oversee the pick up). If you do not pick up your share by 4:00pm, it will be donated.

Champlain College

Location: Shares will be delivered to the lobby of Aiken Hall (this is the main room as you enter the building).

Time: 12:30-1:30pm. If you do not pick up your share by 3:30, it will be donated.
