We believe that good food can change the world.
The Intervale Food Hub is committed to offering the best local food available in Vermont, through local food subscriptions and wholesale purchasing. Our community of farmers and food makers are at the heart of everything we do. We have close relationships with all of our producers, and our goal is to provide 100% transparency and traceability so that you can get to know them, too.
We offer seasonal local food subscriptions, which are available year round. We partner with community centers, workplaces, and institutions in the greater Burlington area where our members can pick up weekly deliveries of food. Starting in 2017, we also offer home delivery to Burlington residents. The Intervale Food Hub also has a wholesale partnership with Sodexo at the University of Vermont, working to increase the amount of local food served on campus.
The Intervale Food Hub is an enterprise of the Intervale Center. As a mission-driven business, the Intervale Food Hub supports the Intervale Center's work to sustain healthy farms, land, and people. Our food comes from a community of Vermont farmers and food makers who are dedicated to using safe, sustainable practices to bring us delicious, healthy, and nutritious food. We share the methods used for producing all of our food – whether it’s certified organic, pasture raised, grass fed, EcoApple, wild caught, or beyond. You will feel great about what you eat.
We strive to provide you with the highest quality food, and to provide transparency and traceability. If you are not 100% happy with your food, or if there has been a mistake with your delivery, please let us know so that we can make a replacement right away. Your feedback helps us learn, grow, and improve!
