These curried chicken legs smelled and tasted delicious! There's very little prep time involved and they require only two ingredients. Enjoy as is or serve with a side of rice or roasted veggies.
- Chicken legs
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- Defrost chicken legs in cold water
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Rub curry powder into both sides of the chicken legs
- Place on baking sheet lined with foil or drizzled with oil and bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through
