Baked Curried Chicken Legs

These curried chicken legs smelled and tasted delicious! There's very little prep time involved and they require only two ingredients. Enjoy as is or serve with a side of rice or roasted veggies.


  • Chicken legs
  • 1 tbsp curry powder


  1. Defrost chicken legs in cold water
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  3. Rub curry powder into both sides of the chicken legs
  4. Place on baking sheet lined with foil or drizzled with oil and bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through
