Beef Sliders with Chin Clip Cheese

This week's omnivore package is ideal for making hamburgers or sliders. Simply grill up the ground beef and add cheese and kimchi on top. Serve with a bun or over mesclun like us.

Beef Sliders with Chin Clip Cheese


  • 1 package ground beef
  • 1/2 of shallot
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Preferred cooking oil
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Flack Family Farm kimchi
  • Mt. Mansfield Creamery Chin Clip Cheese


  1. Heat pan over medium high heat with oil
  2. Put ground beef in a medium sized bowl. Add diced shallot, garlic, and salt and pepper. Mix together until incorporated
  3. Form patties and place in hot pan. Cook until the burgers are done how you prefer them
