Crispy Pan Fried Fish Tacos

These crispy rockfish tacos go perfectly served with our cabbage coleslaw! Drizzle our yogurt cilantro dressing over the top and enjoy!

  • Rockfish
  • Tortillas
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • Cabbage coleslaw (also a recipe we made this week!)
  • Handful of cilantro
  • Yogurt cilantro dressing (also a recipe we made this week!)


  1. Cut the fish into small pieces. Put flour into a shallow dish and coat the fish with flour
  2. Heat a pan over medium with a generous drizzle of oil and cook the fish until crispy and thoroughly cooked on the inside, about 2-3 minutes on both sides
  3. To assemble, scoop cabbage coleslaw onto tortillas and top with the fish
  4. Top with red onion, cilantro, and the yogurt cilantro dressing


  • Feel free to replace the cabbage coleslaw with a grain
