Eat This First: Bok Choi, Mushrooms, Rosemary

  • Using fresh herbs - In this post, Julie from Red Wagon Plants shares some of her favorite ways to use fresh herbs: adding them to salt, butter, stock, and roasted vegetables - or using them for aromatherapy. She also suggests leaving fresh herbs in a glass or vase with a little water on the counter, to add fragrance to your kitchen and serve as a reminder to use them!
