Add pickled hot peppers to potato salad, sandwiches, burgers, chicken, tacos, and more!
3 Hot Peppers (or more if you’re not using them in other dishes!)
1 Cup Water
1 Cup White Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Salt
Slice Hot Peppers
Bring Water to Boil
Add Sliced Peppers to boiling water and cover for 2 Minutes
Transfer peppers quickly to an ice bath
Bring White Vinegar and Water to a boil and stir in Sugar and Salt until dissolved
Add the peppers into the jar, then cover with the pickling liquid.
Refrigerate and allow your hot peppers to marinate for a few days. They’ll keep for a month or two!
