Roasted Romanesco Cauliflower

Roasted Romanesco Cauliflower

This crazy-looking vegetable is part of the same family as cauliflower and broccoli. It tastes similar to cauliflower but with a more nutty flavor. We think it's good roasted, so give this recipe a try!
