This crazy-looking vegetable is part of the same family as cauliflower and broccoli. It tastes similar to cauliflower but with a more nutty flavor. We think it's good roasted, so give this recipe a try!
INGREDIENTS
- Head of romanesco cauliflower
- Your preferred cooking oil
- Pinch of salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- Cut florets from stem
- Place on baking sheet and drizzle with oil and pinch of salt and pepper
- Roast for 20-25 minutes
