Sautéed Snap Peas

This recipe is a snap, haha. Add the peas to salads, or use them as a garnish on risotto.
- Olive or sunflower oil, or another oil of your choice
- Snap peas
- Salt & pepper
- In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat the oil over medium to medium-high heat, depending on whether you want some browning on the peas, or not (use higher heat if you do).
- When the oil is hot, add the peas and some salt and pepper, and cook until they've just passed the brightest green color, and started to come down the other side (Unless you like 'em super crisp, in which case, stop when they're really bright!). If you want to get them a little brown, crank the heat up, stir them constantly, and prepare to only cook them for a couple minutes.
