Simple Baked Delicata Squash Fries

This recipe is so simple, but so delicious! Serve as a side to your lunch or dinner, add them to grain bowls or salads, or eat them right off the baking sheet like us.


  • 2 delicata squashes
  • Preferred cooking oil
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
Simple Baked Delicata Squash Fries


  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Cut delicata squashes lengthwise, scoop seeds out of the middle, then cut horizontally
  3. Place onto baking sheet and drizzle with oil
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until slightly browned


  • Add a different flavor by replacing the oil with maple syrup
