Softened Plums with Yogurt

  • Plums (3) cut in Half

  • 1 Cup Greek Yogurt

  • 2 Tbs Butter

  • 2 Tbs Maple Syrup

  • Granola


  1. Cut Plums in half

  2. Combine Butter and Maple Syrup in medium nonstick pan: Cook until butter melts

  3. Add plums to pan, cut sides down

  4. Cook 8-10 minutes or until tender

  5. Divide plums into yogurt bowls (can serve four)

  6. Top with Granola and excess butter / maple syrup glaze
