- Pumpkin seeds
- Sunflower oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- On a baking sheet, toss the seeds with a drizzle of oil, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
- Toast the seeds until some of them have turned from green to golden brown, stirring and turning the pan part-way through the cooking process, if they seem to be cooking unevenly.
