If you aren’t already familiar, meet Pitchfork Farm & Pickle! Eric Seitz and Rob Rock, owners of Pitchfork Farm, have recently opened up a new operation in Burlington’s South End! In their new space in the Soda Plant on Pine St., they grow a variety of microgreens (including the delicious sunflower shoots in this week’s share) and have added various ferments to their repertoire!
