Made with heirloom, open-pollinated, locally-grown, organic corn, these arepas have a rich wholesome flavor that is both unique to Vermont and reminiscent of a Colombian-style arepa. Through heirloom corn and the arepa-making process, Moon and Stars works to connect community, traditional food, and regenerative farming. They strive to provide nutrient-dense and culturally vital food, while both engaging community in ancestral knowledge and creating new ideas about cultural and environmental sustainability.
