A 12 oz bag of coffee beans, grown by smallholder farmers at 1900-2000 meters in Ituango, Antioquia, Colombia. Dark chocolate, orange, rich & sweet tasting notes.
This coffee from Antioquia, Colombia, has it all. A heavy body paired with rich chocolate notes and mild citrus acidity. On drip, this coffee is wonderfully balanced and sweet. On espresso, its syrupy body meets a chocolate-covered orange peel for a perfect shot. We love this coffee versatility!
Producer Jhon Valencia and his family purchased the El Arrayan estate looking for a fresh start, escaping displacement and guerrilla groups oppression. Beginning with just a few coffee plants, they have expanded over the years relying on their family for the intensive labor involved in coffee production. The result is a truly wonderful coffee we couldn't be more excited for you to try.
