Pigasus Meats

Pastured, GMO-Free Pork and Eggs
South Hero, VT

Pigasus Meats is run by Kelsey and Phelan O’Connor, along with our dogs Jenny Lou, Potato, Hank, and Malia. Located on 170 acres of rolling hills in South Hero, VT, Pigasus's farm is home to a flock of free-range pastured hens and a group of free-ranging hogs. Diets are supplemented by Non-GMO grain.

They believe that by allowing pigs to be pigs and chickens to be chickens, they can create mythical quality pork and eggs for their friends, neighbors, and family to enjoy.

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit with rack in upper third.

  • Place sausages on baking sheet (line with foil if you're looking for easier clean-up)

  • Baked for

  • If you're looking for a crispier skin, you can always sear the outside on the stovetop before cooking; shorten cook time.

Pastured pork, pork fat, salt, spices, Gluten-free bread crumbs (rice flour, water, yeast, salt), cane sugar, natural casing.
