In Bennington Vermont’s Pleasant Valley, ridges of birch, maple, and white pine trees surround the red barn of the GOAT PROJECT. Becca and team rotates their herd of Nubian goats through the rolling hills of clover, timothy, and goldenrod. But it is in the hedgerows of multi-flora rose, raspberry, and apple trees where they truly delight. They round out their diet with locally grown hay, organic grain, and minerals.
