Ren operates under a Home Bakery & Home Catering license from the Vermont State Health Dept in their home kitchen in the New North End of Burlington Vermont. Ren specializes in slow fermented specialty donuts made with local and sustainable ingredients.

Dough: Local & regional organic flours, Organic flax seeds, organic sunflower oil, Vermont Maple syrup & NY cave salt. Slow fermented with sourdough culture, fried in GMO-free Sunflower oil, and glazed with Vermont Maple and a touch of organic cane sugar.
