Steve Schubart, founder/owner, grew up in Vermont on a small hobby farm where his love of farming began. He received his BS in Diversified Agriculture from Vermont Tech, and founded Grass Cattle Co. in Shoreham in 2016, then relocated to Charlotte in 2018. He now owns the property and tends to the cattle every day.
