Rhapsody Natural Foods is a small family owned and operated production facility in Central Vermont. Founded in 2002, their mission is to produce foods for themselves and the community that nurture our body, minds and ecosystem. They are committed to practicing a sustainable way of life both on a personal level and business level. To achieve this they use organic foods that are grown as nearby as possible and are minimally processed. They strongly advocate and support the creation of local self-sufficient communities that are formed around plant-based food systems. They share their way of life by producing high quality, artisan made tempeh, miso, natto, mochi and eggrolls for the community, near and far.
