Nectarine Plum Cherry Conserve: This conserve celebrates all the luxurious qualities of stone fruit. You will want to eat this straight from the jar!
Ingredients: Nectarines, plums, honey, lemon juice, dried sour cherries, sultanas, orange ginger liqueur (vodka, honey, ginger, orange peel, vanilla bean).
Strawberry Black Currant Rosemary: Ever-bearing strawberries with blackcurrants and V Smiley's rosemary. Reminiscent of early August evenings, eating al fresco, a pile of biscuits, a puff of whipped cream, a dollop of this jam and a few fresh berries from the farmers market. This is a great flavor for nutty, hard cheeses like aged sheep milk and cheddars.
Ingredients: organic/no spray strawberry, blackcurrant, honey, lemon juice, rosemary.
Cornwall Plums & Honey: A collection of European and Japanese plums from the towns of Cornwall and Shoreham in Addison County, Vermont. Plum jams are a personal favorite and are universally loved. Plums are the most versatile of preserves, seamlessly fitting into sweet and savory situations. Excellent with blue cheese as well as yogurt and porridges.

Eaten off the spoon, you think, yes, tastes bright with lemon and blueberry, slightly tannic from the superfood Aronia Berry (from Sayre Fields in Hinesburg) and sweetly aromatic with vanilla bean. Then you put it on crepes, pancakes and any other food where you also break out the salted butter and this sleeper turns into a star. Out of the jar, this preserve behaves like a jelly on the spoon. Blueberries and Aronia are loaded with pectin so they make for a stiff set. The preserve spreads like a jam.
