Organic white miso from Rhapsody Foods in Cabot, VT! A hearty, high-protein probiotic fermented soy food, miso is used in soups, sauces, and dressings. Rhapsody ages their miso in oak barrels and uses water drawn from their deep well. White Miso is sweeter and less salty than its red miso sibling. In addition to the classic miso soup, the lighter flavor profile makes it a great addition to dressings and marinades.
