Banana, Mango, & Kale Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bananas
  • 3 large handfuls baby kale or spinach
  • 1 handful of micro-greens or sprouts
  • 1 mango, peeled + cubed
  • 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk {or preferred milk}
  • 2 -3 ice cubes

DIRECTIONS

  • Blend all of the ingredients until smooth.
  • Divide the smoothie into two bowls.
  • Top with additional garnishes.
