Blueberry Spinach Smoothie

blueberry spinach smoothie

  • 3 tablespoons old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup milk (whichever type you prefer)
  • ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)


  1. Place oats in a blender and blend for about 30 seconds until finely chopped. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth, 1-2 minutes total. Serve immediately.
