- 3 tablespoons old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¾ cup milk (whichever type you prefer)
- ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- Place oats in a blender and blend for about 30 seconds until finely chopped. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth, 1-2 minutes total. Serve immediately.
