Honey Roasted Carrots



  • 1 lbs carrots

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 3 tbsp honey

  • Cinnamon (to taste)

  • Oil (we used olive)


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F

  2. Thinly slice carrots into coins and roast for 35-45 minutes, or until tender

  3. Heat sauce pan over medium-low heat and combine butter, honey, and cinnamon

  4. Pour honey mixture over warm carrots and serve immediately
