Sauerkraut Pancakes

250g sauerkraut

1 cup milk

1 cup all purpose flour

1 large egg

pepper or smoked paprika to taste

oil for frying


Mix together all ingredients. Spoon mixture into a lightly oiled fry pan and cook on both sides, until golden brown. Makes about 12 pancakes.
