Strawberry Banana Oatmeal Cups
1 cup large flake oats (not instant)
1 cup quick oats (not instant)
2 bananas, mashed
6 strawberries, diced
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp chia seeds
1 cup milk
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp walnuts, chopped coarsely
Pre-heat oven to 375 F. Spray muffin tin with baking spray.
In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix well. Divide evenly among muffin cups. Bake for 22 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes and enjoy! Leftovers should be stored in the fridge.
