Classic French Vinaigrette
Light and tangy, this is best on spicy arugula, mesclun or other mixed greens.
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 tablespoons minced shallots or scallions
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper
