Green Goddess Dressing
Packed with herbs, this is a shortcut to full flavor salads. Also great on fish.
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 cups tender herbs (parsley, fennel, cilantro, dill, basil, etc)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Combine in a blender and puree until smooth, or mince herbs and garlic and combine by hand.
