Kimchi Miso Dressing
Salty and full of probiotics, this dressing is made creamy with blended tofu. Great on greens, pork, and rice.
INGREDIENTS
  • 6 tablespoons kimchi
  • 4 tablespoons miso
  • 1/2 cup tofu
  • 1/2 cup neutral oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS
  • Add all ingredients to blender, blend until smooth. Thin with water as needed and refrigerate!
