Hot Grill Summer
Appetizer:
Spicy grilled zucchini coins 

Main:
Grilled wings glazed in maple rum chipotle hot sauce, served with cilantro yogurt dressing

Side:
Cilantro cheddar cornbread

Dessert:
Grilled rhubarb and strawberry gallette

YOU'LL NEED: Zucchini, cilantro, rhubarb, strawberries. Plain yogurt, cheddar. Hot sauce. Cornbread mix. Chicken wings.

'Skews Me
Appetizer:
Charred broccoli florets with sesame dressing

Main:
Soy-maple kebabs with beef, zucchini, and onions

Side:
Grilled napa caesar salad

Dessert:
Carrot cupcakes with cardamom cream-cheese frosting

YOU'LL NEED: Broccoli, zucchini, onions, napa cabbage, carrots. Kebab beef. Eggs.



Oh Say Can You Sea

Appetizer:
Summer beet hummus with carrots and pita

Main:
Salmon burgers with lemon-dill aioli

Side:
Light potato salad with fresh herbs, lemon, and homemade mayo

Dessert:
Fresh strawberries and maple whipped cream

YOU'LL NEED: Strawberries, beets, carrots, cilantro, dill, white potatoes. Salmon trim. Eggs. Heavy cream. Maple syrup.
